Room rates are reduced down to just $79.28 including tax per night and that rate is good for a double queen bed room. Friday Meet & Greet - No fee event. Starts at 5:30 p.m. Participants will be received in theside room by the bar. Receive your registration packet upon check-in and also receive a ticket for one free beverage at the bar, courtesy of SeptemberFiesta. The free drink tickets are good only on Friday night.
Saturday Drive Out and Tour - No fee event. We are asking for your help with any amount of donations to one of our local animal rescues, The Animal Rescue League of El Paso http://arlep.org/pages/ The ARL of El Paso is a smaller Rescue that is always in need of funds, so Carrera Region has Started fund raising for them in hopes of helping keep them going. Note: Please arrive on time and with a full tank of fuel! The Drive Out Tour group will gather at 9:00 A.M. in the vicinity of the front desk of the Quality Inn for a quick drivers brief and route overview. Master Tour Guide, Andy Medley, will lead a scenic drive through the beautiful southern New Mexico area. BRING YOUR CAMERA! A lunch opportunity and several "pit-stop" breaks will be provided along the tour route. After lunch, the tour continues and then finishes back at the the hotel, leaving you with plenty of time to get ready for the evening banquet. Please be advised - the scenic drive-out tour occurs at the same time as the Saturday HPDE sessions at Arroyo Seco Raceway.
High Performance Drivers Education and Autocross - HPDE on Saturday will start at 7:30 am. for car tech and registration. Drivers meeting will start at 8:15 am. First group will be up at 9:00 am. We will run 30 minute sessions all day with a running lunch from 11:00 am. to 1:00 pm. Sunday we will start at 8:15 am with a drivers meeting. Track lap at 8:40 am First group on track at 9:00 am and we should finish around noon.
Words of caution: this adventure can become very addictive. Our instructors will teach you to drive your Porsche the way Stuttgart designed it to be driven. PCA DE schools are run in a safe and controlled environment on a closed course. Like any new sport your instructor will guide you into this exciting world of high performance driving. These weekends are great sources of stories for the Monday morning coffee break. You will have dreams about various turns and wake up with memories of your instructor yelling BRAKE or DON'T LIFT. These schools are truly the only safe way to learn the engineering dynamics that went into the development of this famous racing marque. However, it is noted that PCA DE events are not racing, nor preparation for racing. No times or placings are recorded, and no awards or prizes are received by the participants of PCA Drivers Education events; just a lot of fun and camaraderie. Any conduct considered by the Porsche Club of America to be either unsafe or inconsistent with the spirit or purpose of the Drivers Education Program will not be permitted. This approach keeps the events safe for all participants!
Registration Fees:
Saturday and Sunday - Early registration for the High Performance Drivers Education and Autocross, which includes both Saturday and Sunday is just $200.00, if registered by September 12th.
Saturday Only - , Early registration Drivers education Saturday ONLY is just $140.00 by September 12th.
Saturday Dinner - Will be at the Adobe Deli on 3970 Lewis Flats Rd SE, Deming, NM 88030 at 6:00PM Everyone pays seperately.
Sunday Only - Early registration for the Autocross Sunday ONLY is just $100.00, if registered by September 12th.
LATE FEES: Saturday & Sunday Registration for Drivers Education and Autocross $20.00 will be added if registered after midnight September 12th.
LATE FEES: Drivers education Saturday ONLY- $15.00 will be added if registered after midnight September 12th.
LATE FEES: Autocross Sunday ONLY - $10.00 will be added if registered after midnight September 12th.

Event requirements
All participants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license to drive on the track or participate in any driving event associated with SeptemberFiesta.
Helmet certifications: Snell 2015 or newer. A limited number of loaner helmets will be available at the track.
Closed-toe shoes are required.
No lug-sole type boots or shoes allowed.
Long sleeve shirt and long pants are suggested and highly encouraged, but NOT required.
Tech Sheets: Tech Sheets will be in your event packet and will be available at the track as a further convenience. Tech Sheets must be completed and turned in to the Event Registration Desk before you go on the track on Saturday or Sunday.
