Wed/Thur (5/28-5/29) - mid week So Calif mountain driving tour with overnight stay at Lake Arrowhead:
Small group - 8 spots (rooms) including tour guide. Approx 12 people.
- Wed 11am meetup at Rancho Calif & Ynez behind Arco station.
- lunch stop in Yucaipa before heading up hwy 38 to Big Bear
- visit Big Bear Alpine Zoo
- drive northshore 38 to hwy 18 to Lake Arrowhead
- Lodging Wed night at Saddleback Inn & Resort
- dinner at Hotel's restauarant or walk to village center for various eateries
Thur (5/29);
- drive down 330 to hwy 10 to Banning for hwy 243 to Idyllwild
- lunch stop at Mile High Cafe or Paradise Valley Cafe
- back via 371 to 79
Cost - $225 (single or couple) for one night accommodation at Saddleback Inn & Resort in Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Alpine Zoo visit.
All meals and refreshments are self pay.
