Drive to the Crosswinds Restaurant at the Payson Airport for lunch

The Crosswinds Restaurant is located at 800 W. Airport Rd., Payson, AZ 85541.

“The Mogollon Rim provides breathtaking views overlooking an expansive forest of pine trees. The rim is a true geological wonder hosting sedimentary, volcanic and metamorphic rock dating back to the Precambrian era” – and the road is fantastic!

Prescott Members please meet at the Maverik at 1341 Prescott Country Club Blvd Dewey, AZ at 9:30. We will depart the Maverik at 9:45 for a quick 1/2 hour drive to the Burger King in Camp Verde.

Verde Valley, Sedona, Flagstaff and all other member please meet in the Burger King parking lot at 365 N Goswick Way Camp Verde, AZ at 10:15. We will have a Drivers Meeting and sign waivers with a planned departure at 10:45 which should put us at the Crosswinds Restaurant a little before noon. We will travel E. SR260 and SR87. Our reservations are for noon in the meeting room. We will be ordering off the regular menu.

There is no fee for this event; however, participants will be responsible for their own entrance fees at other facilities and meal expenses.

Please pre-register no later than May 22th so that we have an accurate headcount for lunch. We are limited to 28 members.
